Terms of Use

  1. Service Scope and Eligibility This platform is exclusively for B2B group ordering for delivery to commercial and office addresses only.

Residential orders are not permitted; please use www.pekingmalta.com for home delivery.

The "User" (the individual initiating the order) must ensure the delivery address provided is a valid business location.

  1. Ordering Process and Deadlines Orders must be finalized and submitted before 09:00 AM for same-day delivery (between 11:00 and 14:00).

The system prevents same-day ordering after the 09:00 AM cutoff; such orders must be scheduled for a future date.

Every order is subject to a manual "Accept/Decline" review by Peking Asian Street Food before entering the preparation phase.

  1. Order Verification and Security As all orders on this platform meet or exceed €100, Peking Asian Street Food will perform a mandatory verification phone call for every order placed.

Peking reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if the User cannot be reached via the contact number provided.

The system uses technical safeguards to prevent duplicate submissions per person, ensuring the User's final list is accurate.

  1. Commercial Terms and Pricing Flat Rate Pricing: All meals are currently priced at a flat rate of €10 per meal.

Price Adjustments: Peking Asian Street Food reserves the right to change meal prices or menu availability at any time without prior notification.

Minimum Order: A minimum order value of €100 is required to process a group order.

Delivery Fees: Delivery is FREE for all orders on this platform (as all orders meet the €100 minimum).

Bulk Discount: Orders exceeding €400 are eligible for a 10% discount on the total value.

Loyalty Program: Users earn a €50 credit for every €1000 spent through the platform.

  1. Payment and Credit Policy No Credit: Peking Asian Street Food does not offer credit terms. All orders must be settled in full upon delivery.

Accepted Methods: Payment must be made via Cash, BOV Pay, Revolut, or Card to Driver as selected by the User during setup.

The User is responsible for ensuring the total payment is ready at the time of delivery.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds Finality of Orders: Once an order is moved to "Preparation" status, it is final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted as food production has begun.

Modification Window: The User may edit or cancel an order via the dashboard only while the status remains "Pending" or "Scheduled".

No-Show Policy: If our team arrives and the User is unreachable for payment/collection within 15 minutes, the User remains liable for the full balance.

User Errors: Peking is not responsible for errors made by individual employees (e.g., picking the wrong dish).

  1. Dietary Information and Allergens While we provide allergen filters ("Does NOT contain"), we operate a commercial kitchen where cross-contamination may occur.

Users with life-threatening allergies should exercise caution; a 100% allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
